 • Forgotten passwords.

Enter your casino username in the login window like you normally would.

Click on "Forgot Password".

Enter your registered email address or phone number as registered in your player account (The email address must be active and valid). 

The system will send you a SECURITY CODE.

Go to the casino and enter the SECURITY CODE. You will be asked for a NEW PASSWORD (It needs to be different from your previous one).

Make sure you check your e-mail spam folder/ text messages based on your selection. The code will expire after 5 minutes.

• Taking a break

You can request to have a ‘Cooling Off’ period for a period of up to 6 months. Like this, your account is not accessible during the selected period.

If you feel you are not having adequate management of your gambling habits then Self-Exclusion may be the way to go. For this may be asked to verify identity by answering to few basic questions. You will be removed from all marketing databases and you will not be contacted in the future.

• Do you require my documents?

• How are bonuses used?

Bonuses are funds credited to a player’s account for them to play a number of selected games such as slots, keno and lottery. These may be deposit bonuses or free bonuses. • What is wagering requirement?

A wagering requirement is how many times you need to wager a bonus amount before it can be subject to a payout process.

On a deposit bonus, the requirement is determined by the deposit amount plus the amount of the promotional bonus redeemed. On free bonuses, it refers only to the bonus amount.

• What deposit methods are supported?

Deposits may be made using VISA, Mastercard, or Amex credit or debit cards or Cryptocurrency using Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Litecoin (LTC), Ethereum (ETH).

• Are there any deposit limits?

The minimum deposit that can be processed using a Credit Card is $20 while for deposits made with Crypto currency it's $10. The maximum amount for Crypto currency – (Bitcoin, Bitcoin CASH, Litecoin, Ethereum) is $10,000.

• My deposit with a bank card failed. Why?

There are a few reasons why a credit card transaction may not go through such as time out in the communication between the bank and the receiver or a block on a card. At times, card issuers don’t allow certain international transactions as they don’t follow your usual spending pattern. In this case, please contact your banking institution and let them know you are attempting to make an international purchase and you need to have it authorized. It should typically be allowed within 3 to 5 minutes.

• How do I make a deposit to my account?

1.         Log in to the website.

2.         Click on MY ACCOUNT and select the DEPOSIT tab.

3.         Select your deposit method and enter your card info and dollar amount. If you are using a promotional code, select it from the options available.

4.         Click on CONFIRM DEPOSIT and make sure your code was entered correctly so you can start playing and winning.

 

• Are there any transaction fees when depositing?

Vegas Aces does not charge any transaction fees on Cryptocurrency deposits. The minimum deposit amount we may process for this method is $10. Any transaction received for less than $10 will NOT be credited to your account. Some wallets provide priority processing by adding a default fee or giving the user the option to add one themselves, however, they are usually minimal. Some financial institutions may have certain fees in place for transactions made with cards issued by them. Please check your bank’s policies as fees may vary from one bank to another.

• How do I request my winnings?

• Are my winnings be reported to the tax authority?

We do not proactively report your winnings. Doing so is left at each individual’s discretion based on your country of residence’s regulations.
