Members are solely responsible for their account transactions and should keep their account information strictly confidential.
Members are allowed only one active account. Winnings will only be paid to players having ONE account. If you open more than one account at Vegas Aces Casino, all winnings will be NULL and VOID in both and all succeeding accounts.
If a member gives away, shares or loses their account number and/or password Vegas Aces Casino will not be held liable for any claims that may result from, or regarding that account.
Personal identity and details of all members will remain confidential. Vegas Aces Casino will not report wagering information on behalf of any member; unless requested by the player or to dispute a claim the player has made against the casino.
Vegas Aces Casino reserves the right to withhold payment from any party who we deem as fraudulent.

We reserve the right to cancel your membership at any time without notice. Any balance in your account will be immediately credited back to you or sent to you by check. In addition, Vegas Aces Casino reserves the right, in its total discretion, to void any winnings and withhold any balance in your Casino account under any of the following circumstances.

The name on your account does not match the name on the credit card(s) used to deposit money into the account.
If you provide false and/or misleading information to open your Casino account.
When asked to provide identification, that ID does not match entirely with previous information given.
You are not of legal age in the jurisdiction where you reside.
You reside in a jurisdiction where law prohibits the use and participation of such games.
You have allowed or permitted (purposely or not) another party to play on your Casino account.
You have reversed or charged back any of your purchases on your Casino account, or threatened to do so here or at any other Rival?-operated casino.
You are found cheating or if it is determined by Vegas Aces Casino that you have used a system or machine, be it an additional computer, additional software or otherwise. Or if you are playing through a third party or you are playing for a third party. Also any system used to circumvent the natural randomness of our systems and or collection of data to or from the gaming server for analysis purposes during real-money play.
One Bonus amount/account per family/household/computer. We track IP addresses, and the decisions made by Vegas Aces Casino are final.
You have used a bonus promotion (either free or deposit) to build potential bonus payoffs on certain slot machines, then make a deposit to cash in on those winnings; without following the same bonus requirements. Your cash out will be considered to have to meet the same provisions as if you had used the same previous bonus.
You may never cash out if you take two no-deposit bonuses in a row, without making a deposit equal to 50% of the no-deposit bonus every 6 months. After a 6-month period you may accept another no-deposit bonus and be eligible to cash out. If in doubt, please contact support at 1-888-330-ACES before starting play.
If at any time you break the rules of the bonus, any winnings may be null and void. Your account will be refunded to the original bonus terms, less any losses, and play will begin again. All prior play will be voided. If you have not won, then your deposit will be forfeited.
With any deposit where a bonus is taken, it is always the player's deposit that will be counted towards all loses first, and wins only after wagering requirements have been made. You cannot cash out until wagering requirements have been fully met.
When cashing out; all promotional bonuses will be removed from your pending withdrawal. Please withdrawal all funds, so the bonus will not be taken out of your cashable winnings.

Bonus & Promotional Terms and Conditions:

Our bonus programs are intended for recreational bettors only.
Professional players or players considered to be abusing the bonus system by any means may have bonuses revoked and be subject to further sanctions, at the discretion of Vegas Aces Casino management.
Bonuses are based on net losses. If you are ahead on the casino you will not be eligible to receive any kind of bonus.
Vegas Aces will not issue bonuses retroactively.
Bonuses must be claimed on the same day as the promotion. Only one promotion can be claimed per day.

Vegas Aces Casino will honor all promotions provided a player has deposited while a promotion was posted.
Any free money given, that does not require a deposit, e.g. a Non-Deposit Coupon, loyalty bonus, comps, VIP bonus, vanity card, manager deposit, competition/tournament prizes, compensation bonus, inconvenience bonus, birthday bonus etc, is considered promotional free chips. Withdrawal of winnings, accrued solely from non-deposit promotional monies, will only be sent by check.
Vegas Aces Casino will try to credit promotional free monies only to accounts with a zero balance. However should promotional free chips be credited to an account with a balance, the maximum cash out will be 10x the last bonus given. The account balance will then return to the amount (if any) prior to the bonus being applied.
All cash-ins will be subject to audit before being processed. You will need to provide Vegas Aces Casino with a copy of your proof of identity, address, copies of credit cards, an approved signed purchase history and/or other appropriate documentation before withdrawing funds. Your proof of identity must match your registered name and surname.
